THE SELLING PROCESS
With all of the hurdles involved in selling your home using the conventional approach, it’s easy to get discouraged. Not to worry, because our process is simple:
1.) Give us a call when you have a few minutes to talk. During this call, we will ask you basic questions about your house and determine if we have an interest in it.
2.) We will get back to you the same day and let you know if we are interested in making an appointment to see your home.
3.) Meet with our Acquisitions Manager, who will take a quick walk through the home and decide whether or not to make an offer.
4.) If your home meets our criteria, we will extend an offer within 24 hours of seeing your house.
5.) Once an offer is accepted, we can work together to set a closing date that works best for you!
